Very bad experience with Genesis of Englewood. They picked up my car from my garege for service. Instead of going straight, the valet drove my car to the Bronx, stopped there, and even picked They picked up my car from my garege for service. Instead of going straight, the valet drove my car to the Bronx, stopped there, and even picked up staff without my permission. My car was used like a shuttle. Then the driver stopped in a bus lane for a while doing who knows what, opened my trunk, and I got a $50 ticket. I have video and photos. Management was worse. Richard (GM) and Kelly (Service Manager) ignored me for months, then acted dismissive and blamed “bad actors” instead of taking responsibility. Do not use their valet service. You have no idea where your car will go or what they will do with it. Unprofessional and unacceptable. More

I paid $10,000 to fix my car, but the workmanship was lacking. They lacked attention to detail. I had a wheel and bumper issue, and dealer should have reported it to my insurance company to have it fixed lacking. They lacked attention to detail. I found out after waiting two months and taking delivery of the car. It's taking too long to report back, so I'll just ignore it, but I wish your dealership team would take a closer look at my car. however i will keep using your dealer. Thanks you More
