I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair turned into a months-long ordeal filled with poor communication, delays, and a la dealership. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair turned into a months-long ordeal filled with poor communication, delays, and a lack of accountability. My vehicle sat at the dealership for an extended period of time with very little communication or updates unless I repeatedly reached out myself. There was no sense of urgency, and it often felt like no one was actively pushing the warranty company to move forward or do their job. As a customer, I should not have had to follow up constantly just to get basic information about my own vehicle. The situation escalated to the point where I felt I needed to seek advice from a lawyer just to understand my options and how to proceed. That alone speaks volumes about how frustrating and stressful this process became. No customer should ever feel that they need legal guidance just to get a warranty repair handled properly. Overall, the lack of communication, prolonged delays, and minimal effort to advocate on my behalf made this a very frustrating experience. I expected far better customer service, transparency, and professionalism — especially from a dealership handling warranty work. I hope this feedback helps improve communication, accountability, and customer care moving forward, because this experience fell far short of expectations. More

It’s so stressful when you can’t get anyone to help you over the phone being on hold for 40 mins or more being transferred to so many people (more 5) each time explaining your issues and can’t get help. Communication is so bad issues come up on the dealer side and finance and they make the issue about you they handle issues like it’s not a big deal it is a big deal people come to get help and to get a reliable transportation when the customer has to be on hold that many times and then still with no results it becomes an issue this place is a joke they don’t consider inconsistent on the dealers part and inconvenience on the customers I will never buy or recommend anyone to this place again I recommended someone here a day after I got my car and never again I feel bad cause he was done worse than I was he actually had to drive 3 hrs just to get it resolved and he called and was put on hold more than me this place is a joke More
