Waiting room was clean & accommodating with all necessary amenities. Service was done in a timely matter and I was even walked to my car by a staff member when the work was completed. I've been Dealing with Jake and Kelvin for years and always have been treated like family. This is why I keep coming back to Danbury Kia to upgrade and have them serviced there. I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon arrival for my service appt. Kelvin explained the process and kept me informed and updated throughout my wait. The service team completed the work expeditiously my service appt. Kelvin explained the process and kept me informed and updated throughout my wait. The service team completed the work expeditiously and exceeded my expectations on waiting time. The entire process went smoothly - with Top Notch Customer Service. Kelvin walked me to my car AND then even pulled it out of the space since another vehicle parked very closely to mine. I felt valued as a Danbury Kia customer! More
