Brian Dickey is the man. Transparent, honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful. I came in for warranty service work. I had planned to buy out the lease which would've Transparent, honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful. I came in for warranty service work. I had planned to buy out the lease which would've ended by end of month. So with time to kill I would challenge my assumptions and considered alternative solutions. Brian was not only understanding but helped compare/contrast options and talked through each one with pro/con. Ultimately I decided to trade-in, he made the price work out (lower than current payment; newer car), and was enjoyable and trusting throughout. Best experience at a dealership; 10/10. More
