The dealer gave me a cheap excuse that my car is dual-clutch and the nature of the sound when reversing parking or drive mode is normal; I have owned many vehicles 10+ in the last 10 yrs, and this i dual-clutch and the nature of the sound when reversing parking or drive mode is normal; I have owned many vehicles 10+ in the last 10 yrs, and this is the first time a brand new car does this to me. I am not happy with this service, especially since they tried to bribe me with free oil changes. Today 04/29/2022, when they checked in my car, Dealer service provided no paperwork to me "they cleaned the mess that the last tech made with my oil change," no paperwork that they checked my Radio/audio not working, no paperwork in regards to the noise coming from changing gears. They even asked me if I wanted to trade in the vehicle for something else if I was not happy with my Forte. This is my fourth Kia Vehicle in less than two years. two Stingers one forte GT2 one seltos ex If this is how Kia is going, I will move to a more reliable brand, Honda/Toyota, etc. About a week ago, I bought a Seltos 2022 EX Brand New; they didn't show interest since the vehicle was purchased/paid in cash and was 2000 dollars above MSRP. If you sell me overpriced stuff, make sure it works or repair on time. I hate wasting time. (this is in regards to my Forte 2022, GT2). More

The staff was polite, quick to help me and they seemed very knowledgeable. They took my vehicle in a little early and had the service complete quicker then I expected it to take. The place is clean wit very knowledgeable. They took my vehicle in a little early and had the service complete quicker then I expected it to take. The place is clean with multiple places to sit while you are waiting. They have chargers for your electronics. Will go back More
