(Your paperwork was left in our Customer Lounge.) The statement here is absurd paperwork was never given to me or offered. We can go through your camera system at the dealer to prove me wrong. (The oil changes were meant as a courtesy, nothing more.) that statement is a total lie. (we will give you free oil changes if you give us a good review. Those were the words of the service person. I still have the paperwork provided by you guys circling the correct answers to provide you with the best score. I like the KIA brand, but I'm not too fond of bad service. I tested another KIA Forte, and I will not mention the dealer, and that forte is not making the same sounds when braking moving or slowing down. If something is broken, FIX IT.
