Paid for diagnosis and A/C hose was cleared but mold smell coming from vent is still present. Called and was told someone will return call. Now on day 2 no call. I called and was told I need to get a BV service, at least that's what I think she said. My question to them from day one is why was this not addressed and why was I charged $135 for a diagnosis and I still having the same issue. "The smell". Still waiting on a response. More
