Staff needs to be trained on work ethic. The importance of treating a customer as such with great customer sercixe,honesty, and respect are not components that are carried by this department. It’s like a tag team type of thing (in a good way). If you don’t understand something they’ll explain it until you get it... I was approved for a 2019 Nissan Sentra and I love it!!
