The dealership is great, but what I want to talk about is my sales rep Kelwing Natale. I have bought several new cars in the past and always found it a little difficult to deal with the dealership. Howeve is my sales rep Kelwing Natale. I have bought several new cars in the past and always found it a little difficult to deal with the dealership. However, this time because of my sales rep Kelwing the process was smoother than I’ve ever experienced in the past. Kelwing took the time to not only explain everything to me, but to show me the various intricacies of the vehicle I bought an all of the different buttons what they did and so forth. I can clearly say I will recommend him in the future with any of my friends that are looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln product . And because of him and the entire staff there at Jarrett Gordon, I will be taking my vehicle there for servicing all the time, even though I have a closer dealership to my home. More

We purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus. Joe Grubb in Finance, was also impressive, organized and thorough. Kelwing patiently showed us all the interior special features. He was knowledgeable, personable, and a good sense of humor. My wife was impressed with Kelwing's interaction with a "gray-haired senior lady, who is often ignored. We also had an opportunity to meet Mike D'Amelia, top dog at this dealership. He thanked us for our purchase and made us feel like valued customers. More

Prior to coming to Jarrett Gordon, I visited Lakeland Ford and had a horrible experience - was essentially offered a lower model, with more mileage, for more money than I purchased at Jarrett Gordon for same make, newer model, less mileage. They had some $2,800 Reconditioning Fee (I wasn't trading a car in), which they couldn't clearly explain why - other than stating "you clearly haven't purchased a used car lately"... we left. Now at Jarrett Gordon, I worked with a Victor over the phone prior to coming in, but he unfortunately wasn't available when I was to check out the car (as Victor was great and extremely helpful over the phone & text), but they didn't skip a beat! His teammate Kelwing took over seamlessly and provided the best service I could expect. Truly a great honest guy. As I finalized the paperwork I spoke with the Finance Manager, Tim Vogel, and had a very pleasant & transparent discussion on Extended Warranty and we broke down my wife's driving (mileage) history and pros/cons with the different options. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and will recommend Jarret Gordon in Winter Haven to family and friends! Btw, they don't have a "reconditioning fee" More
