Kept me up to date My Service Advisor, Ken Ashby was very helpful. My issue was complex and expensive. Ken called me regularly to keep me informed. His estimates for rep My Service Advisor, Ken Ashby was very helpful. My issue was complex and expensive. Ken called me regularly to keep me informed. His estimates for repairs came out exactly as expected. Estimated time to resolve all issues took longer than expected so Ken arranged for a free loaner vehicle. All my expectations for service we're exceeded by Ken, the technicians and Sand Chevrolet. More

Service Rep. I went in with some apprehension because of not being able to get my recall don . I tried, not with Ken, but with others for 6 months to get an appoi I went in with some apprehension because of not being able to get my recall don . I tried, not with Ken, but with others for 6 months to get an appointment and it didn't happen. From the beginning this time, Ken was a delightfully professional person to deal with. He was concise, knew what he was doing and treated me with upmost respect. When he called about the additional work needed, he was clear about the things necessary to be done. He had prices. although somewhat too high, and discussed why each thing was needed. We talked about price and came to an agreement, which was still high but fair. The work was done, I was provided with a car to use while the work was done. It was completed and it seems the work is just fine. My car was detailed and looks like new. Ken is to be commended for his patience, his attidude, his professionalism and his understanding. I will ask for Ken when I have to have my car serviced again. Thank Ken for me. Jim Hudson More
