Great Dealership led by Great People! I realize these two words don't typically go together but NCBMW is a truly great place to get a car if you are looking for a BMW. You can buy a luxury euro many places today in LA, (we have owned Mercedes and Audi) but these guys and this dealership, in particular, are worth your look because of their customer service. My true test of a dealership is how they treat you after you have made the purchase and I am pleased to report that they are every bit as attentive once you are an owner as you are when you are a prospective purchaser. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of vehicle, and if you are moving between brands these guys are tremendous resources to help you figure out if their brand is a fit . More

In working with Ken, you can forget the typical sales/back and forth tactics. Ken takes the time to understand what you're looking for, the service you expect, the experience you want and gets it done. Everything was done remotely as I now live in SF but when I came back to town, everything was ready to go and a seamless process. He had the car brought into the dealership, prepped and spec'd to what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier. The other reviews echo my personal experiences in working with Ken and truthfully, don't have any intentions of working with or entertaining other car relationships moving forward. I did not experience any pressure when I shopped my car, most of the sales people in other dealerships would like to push customer buying and offered something that the customer did not want. Buying car in a dealer is always a painful and time consuming process. Surprisingly, you won't find this kind of hassle in New Century BMW. I see no sales people in this dealership, they are truly a customer adviser, a buying case manager, a friend. Ken has the passion to help me to find what I want and offer the best price to me. So far, I have good experience in both sales and services department in New Century BMW. More

Best BMW dealership EVER This is by far the best dealership! My entire family has been buying/leasing from new century for more than 10+ years and the outstanding service has This is by far the best dealership! My entire family has been buying/leasing from new century for more than 10+ years and the outstanding service has been very consistent throughout the years. This year was the first time I purchased/leased a car on my own, which was a big deal for me! Everyone was very helpful, patient and just overall really great! Before I made the decision on my car, I did my homework online and I scheduled a time to look at the cars I liked, Ken the manager waited for me (LA/Hollywood traffic is the worst, and yes, I drove all the way from Hollywood to lease my car Here!) He explained the difference between the cars and gave me some really good advices. The day I went to pick up my car, the process was easy and painless; I did wait for the financial part but that's a given when you buy a car! A week or so after I got the car, there was an issue with the rear view camera so I called them and they got me a loaner car and fixed it in two days!! Ken was really great, I had such a great experience! The service advisor James Chiu was also very helpful; I had a question about my car after I left the dealership and he was so responsive which made me feel really great. I also work in the customer service industry so I am very picky when it's my turn to be a customer/consumer and I am confident to say that my experience with Ken, Steve and James were the best by far! I have serviced my previous BMWs at other dealerships and I have always left unhappy or upset because of the service. I will definitely be making the far drive because I know I will always be well taken care of. Thanks New Century BMW! More
