Our recent purchase was our beautiful 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited 4X4. I had did my research online of the vehicle I must have and our mind made up. We call our personal sales professional, Steven Bradby, and went to the dealership, Steven knowing the type of customer I am, show me the vehicle I wanted and then recommended the 2017 Tundra we purchased and we are very pleased with the decision. The sales rep doing the paperwork was brand new. It must have taken 3.5 hours to pick up the truck and sign a hand full of documents. The new sales rep made a few inappropriate comments and jokes which I did not enjoy. He was extremely nice - I just did not enjoy the crude jokes he made. Other wise the process was great. I worked with Jim from start to finish. He helped me determine which trim level met my needs and ordered the truck. More

The only issue I have with financing, I asked if 0% interest rate was available and was informed that something that's not available for the highlander but I see it's available for the month of October at Fred Anderson and I purchased by SUV on 10/4/16. :( More
