The sales rep doing the paperwork was brand new. It must have taken 3.5 hours to pick up the truck and sign a hand full of documents. The new sales rep made a few inappropriate comments and jokes which I did not enjoy. He was extremely nice - I just did not enjoy the crude jokes he made. Other wise the process was great. I worked with Jim from start to finish. He helped me determine which trim level met my needs and ordered the truck. More
