Jan crow a terrific dealer! Jan crow helped us with towing our Prius to Fred Anderson. She had patience and was knowledgeable about the RAV 4. He listened and offered suggestions to make sure I got the best fit for me. He never tried to sell me something I didn't need and as a first time car buyer that is very appreciated. He followed up throughout the process to make sure I had everything I needed and even called me a few days after purchasing my new car to see how I liked it.
