Outstanding Employee...reason we keep returning We have been the proud owners of a Toyota product for the last several years. Not only does Toyota make a great product, but Fred Anderson is fortuna We have been the proud owners of a Toyota product for the last several years. Not only does Toyota make a great product, but Fred Anderson is fortunate in having a most outstanding employee, Ken Cobbs. He has continually been the main reason we and our family members return to Fred Anderson. He is truly an asset to the company and to its customers. He is a gentleman at all times, exhibiting his knowledge, most pleasant manner, customer care and concern everyday and in every circumstance. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied in every manner and there is no limit to his ability to met every customer need. We have been so fortunate in maintaining a relationship with Mr. Cobb. He is the reason that we have the privilege of driving an outstanding vehicle each day. reassuring and helpful experience On July 26th I took my 2009 Camry in because it was making a funny noise. The service adviser, Chris R. came and told me news that was devastating. On July 26th I took my 2009 Camry in because it was making a funny noise. The service adviser, Chris R. came and told me news that was devastating. My engine, with just 69,200 miles was shot! It would cost several thousand dollars to repair! I was numb, angry and in a complete state of shock. I asked him what they would give me on a trade for a new Camry. I got more bad news! Chris brought me to Jeff Teague to talk about getting a new car. Jeff was very calming and reassuring. We looked at cars and talked about pricing. I was impressed with Jeff's honesty and willingness to help me in this dreadful situation. At one point when Jeff had stepped away, the sales manager, Ken Cobb came to me and shook my hand and told me they were all going to help me in this bad situation. I was so surprised by his kindness. After Jeff and I had settled on the price and the payments I was taken to Scott Kline in finance. Scott too was kind friendly and very helpful. July 26th was a long stressful day for me, but the people I dealt with took away a lot of the pain and shock of what I was going through More

Great Car Buying Experience This goes down as the easiest Car Buying Experience I've ever had. I didn't have to do or hear no verbal JUDO, no walking off, well let me see what the manager says crap. The salesmen Jim Amerson and Justin Heilman were wonderful. I am not always easy to please, so kudos to them. The manager Ken Cobb has good hand shake and looks you in the eye, not all Auto dealers can do that lol. The FI guy Robert Powell "Jersey" beat my credit union for the best rate, good job by him. I know a little about the car business because my dad sold for 40 years. You want a good price honest people give these folks a holla. I have 3 Toyota dealerships within a hour of me, they all try to commit a felony by robbing you on the lot. I drove 4 hours to these guys, well worth it! More
