Great way to start the year They gave me a good start up to help build my credit, everything went smooth I think except for detailing my car before picking up the car next day. I had to wait 45 minutes for a car wash which made me a hour a late but wasn’t mad because I got sick time. Would of been nice to at least have a quarter tank on the gas but I left with the low gas sensor on, it worried me thinking I might not make it to gas station. At least the other salesman gave me 5 dollars to contribute to part of my gas tank. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase . More

My 2018 Camry! I placed my order using a buying service via the internet to 4 dealers and the best price that came back was from Ken Costa of Fremont Toyota. No other dealer would match the price with the options I requested. We met around 2pm on 12/6, test drove the car. Ken gave me information on each of the new safety options as my 2004 Camry didn't have all the new safety features. Before I drove off the lot, he went over a list of items and was very helpful on options. Ken was professional and easy to deal with. I am happy with my new car and the mileage is good. I read the manual and I wanted a feature that opens all of the windows with a click of a button. It's a nice feature when it is hot out. 12/14/2018 Ken directed me the service department and it was taken care of within 1 1/2 hours and for a cost. I do not see Zack on the list of names, so I'm leaving my review here. I gave the dealer 4 stars, as the finance guy named Zack did not return my call me after I left him two messages. The insurance company required the name of the bank that holds the title. Found the name of the fiance company 12/14/2018 when I had the feature added. I had approved financing though someone else but Toyota was able to get a bit lower interest rate, so I went with that. I left around 4pm to get a cashiers check and when I returned around 5 pm, Zack was gone and I was dealing with someone else. That threw me for a loop as he never mentioned that I would be dealing with someone else. I gave the check to the new guy and I was on my way. A simple phone call to let me know what finance company would have been the right thing to do. This was the only disappointment of my transaction. More

worst buying experience received email sent from Fremont Toyota with an Advertisement attached, that Ad showed me a 2019 Corolla SE at $16.672. The price attract me and deci received email sent from Fremont Toyota with an Advertisement attached, that Ad showed me a 2019 Corolla SE at $16.672. The price attract me and decide to buy one from them. However when I reach Fremont Toyota, the salesman who sent the email said that price is for model LE. A system glitch made it show model SE on advertisement and they therefore refuses to give me a SE at that price. I went there twice, salesman Ken is good and was trying his best to meet that price, but said that it is over his limit and need to be approved by Manager and introduced me to their Internet Sales Manager, the manager concluded that they as a franchise do not have obligation to honor that advertisement cause the ad was created by Toyota HQ. If there are any errors or glitches, it should be HQ to take the responsibility. He also said that if I want to complain, I have to give it to Toyota HQ, and I can even give this story to ABC Channel 7 if I want to and he'd even be able to provide me their phone number if I need. This is a worst buying experience in my whole life and the worst Sales Manager I ever met. Toyota is an International Company, trusted by many including us for years, we'd never thought that Toyota will dishonor its reputation in such way here. Its a shame to Toyota and to Fremont Toyota. More
