We came in complaining of a strong fuel smell in our brand new 2021. The service department sent us on our way claiming we just overfilled at the pump (even though it had been weeks since we filled up). brand new 2021. The service department sent us on our way claiming we just overfilled at the pump (even though it had been weeks since we filled up). I drove the car on a road trip and was getting half the normal MPG. I took it to another service center and they found a massive fuel leak and said it was a hazard to drive the car in that condition. I could have been seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of the service department at Fremont Toyota. Needless to say we will not be going back there. More
