Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. This is my third vehicle from Ganley BMW having worked with Client Advisor, Ken Delk from the start. Ken is certainly knowledgeable about the brand, but my experience goes beyond that. Sometimes the smal with Client Advisor, Ken Delk from the start. Ken is certainly knowledgeable about the brand, but my experience goes beyond that. Sometimes the smallest details carry the most weight; as having a window decal with significant sentimental value transferred to my new car without my asking...thanks for that Ken! Further, I had a specific color and interior in mind, and though it took some doing, Ken was able to locate the vehicle in another state and had it delivered as promised. In working with Finance Manager, Mike Hall for the first time, I found him to be both professional and courteous. He advised me of the "add-on" protection options available but was never pushy, which made for an overall good experience. There are many dealerships with whom I could do business. For me, customer service is an important factor in the process. All things considered, as long as I drive the BMW brand and Ken is a part of the team, I will definitely be a Ganley client. A.
