I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Purchased an X5 recently from the dealership. Rather busy for a cold, rainy Saturday but within minutes of pulling in, a sales associate with another customer came over and went in to locate ano Rather busy for a cold, rainy Saturday but within minutes of pulling in, a sales associate with another customer came over and went in to locate another associate that could assist. Ken was my official sales associate but was tied up so to get things moving Alan who is a sales manager came over and we got out for a test drive quickly. Overall was pretty seamless with both Ken and Alan assisting. Was able to get a quick arrangement on pricing and trade in then off to financing options and we went over the best lenders and got a much better rate than expected. Worked with Mike in the financing to wrap up, no pressure to upsell added services which I appreciated. Overall experience was easy in fact I would say better than all past purchases from another dealership local to where I live. They also offered a couple times to go over all the features but being a past owner was mostly familiar with things plus that is part of the fun trying to figure it out. Next BMW purchase will have me putting BMW of Westlake on my short list of preferred dealers. A+ More

Knew what I wanted when I sent them an email. Ken Delk responded to us-saw that his ratings were terrific, and decided to start with him My intent was to go to the three dealers that encircled Ken Delk responded to us-saw that his ratings were terrific, and decided to start with him My intent was to go to the three dealers that encircled my home - all 25 miles away - and then pick the best fit. Started with BMW of Westlake. Ken greeted us on a very busy day (Saturday), gave us the information we needed, let us drive an 8401 xDrive. We loved it. Found the color and options I wanted in his stock. Gave me a great deal, including a financing incentive, and then Westlake gave us more for our excellent condition trade-in that we expected. I had a max I wanted to spend, and they were able to get me under it and also include all the things I wanted on the vehicle. Everyone was very personable, and helpful. Mike, one of their Genius', took me through the intricacies of the vehicle, and here were a ton, and while my head was spinning, felt good enough to start out. Next day kind of "forgot" everything I had learned, but much of it came back as I drove. Now I am going to spend the weekend tinkering and reading the owner's manual, listing my questions over the next several weeks, and then going back and see Mike for a refresher. Ken, Mike and the team were great. Their reputation for service is excellent and I am anxious to try. Needless to say, I never went to the other two BMW dealers, as Westlake took care of all my needs. Would recommend them to friends and definitely use them again. More

Local Columbus Ohio dealers couldn't come close to matching the deal or service so I drove 2 hours to work with Westlake. MAG Bmw had a protectant add on they wanted $1700 for and their deal was poor matching the deal or service so I drove 2 hours to work with Westlake. MAG Bmw had a protectant add on they wanted $1700 for and their deal was poor to begin with. Not worth bargaining with. Kelly BMW was low balling my trade and the salesman was just rude and arrogant. Told me I wouldn't get what I wanted for my trade. When I showed him the deal, he started bad mouthing the dealer rather than working with me. Westlake from sale to financing was the easiest process I have ever dealt with in my years of buying dozens of new car. No pressure. Fair numbers and excellent delivery. More
