I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. This is the second sale at Ganley BMW with Ken Delk. He was very helpfull throughout the sale as we were out of town on vacation. We finialized the transaction by phone, and when we returned we picked up was very helpfull throughout the sale as we were out of town on vacation. BMW was at the bottom of our list and my wife did not particularly like the car we saw at the 2012 Cleveland Auto Show. I've had my eyes set on an Audi A4 for over a year but was really put off by the a particularly like the car we saw at the 2012 Cleveland Auto Show. I've had my eyes set on an Audi A4 for over a year but was really put off by the arrogant sales staff down the road from this dealership. We stopped at Ganley BMW over the weekend only because it was the closest to where we were coming from with the intention of just testing out the car. The deal was irresistable and Ken and Mike were just a pleasure to deal with. They were very friendly and really took the time to explain the features of the car we were looking at and answered every single question we had. In the end, we never made it to another dealer. Picked up my new car today and I drove away feeling that I did well! I would highly recommend Ken and Mike if anyone asks me. More

This is my second Purchase from Ken Delk at Ganley BMW and he did not dissappoint. Ken Delk was able to get my wife into the right car with the right equipment. Im from Detroit Michigan and drove over 3 hours to purchase my new BMW X3 from Ken Delek at Ganley BMW. There was plenty of BMW dealers I could have choosen to do business with that where closer, but purchase my new BMW X3 from Ken Delek at Ganley BMW. There was plenty of BMW dealers I could have choosen to do business with that where closer, but the drive from Detroit to Cleveland was well worth it to purchase my new Vehicle. When I initially started looking to purchase my new vehicle, I visited a few local BMW dealers in the Detroit area, and they just left a bad taste in my mouth. There was no negotiation in the price, and I was told that the X3 was one of the best selling vehicles and it was a take or leave it price. The dealer in Detroit literally told me that the X3 was in such tight supply, if I didn't buy it, they would sell it to someone else. Needless to say, I walked out and let them sell the vehicle to someone else at full price. At this point, I was really considering not purchasing a BMW at all and was looking at purchaing the Ford Edge. I knew deep inside that the Ford Edge was going to compair to the BMW, and instead of trying to second guess myself, I decided just to go ahead and give BMW a second chance. I did some research on the internet, and got several quotes for the X3 from several BMW dealers that where within drving distance of my home. After doing my research and compairing prices, Ken Delk and Frank Steffen at Ganley BMW had given me the best price. I figured I had saved about $3,000 compaired to some of the other dealers I had gotten prices from. Initially I had made contact with the General manager Frank Steffen, and from there Ken Delek helped ansewer all my questions and guided me through the entire sales process. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I would probably say that Ken is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is very professional and there was absolutly no pressure during the entire sales process. What I believe really made the difference was what happened after the sale. Usually when you get a new car, they hand you the keys and you drive away. I was really impressed with the amount of time Ken spent with us to show us all the new features such as setting up the integration of our smart phone with the navagation system. He even programmed in his own personal cell phone number into the system so we could call him if we had questions on how to use something. The dealership closed at 9pm, and Ken stayed with us well after closing, to make sure we where confident enough to use all the new features before he allowed us to leave. I would deffinitly recommend Ken Delek at Ganley BMW to anyone looking to purchase a new BMW. Thank You Ken Claude G. More
