On several occasions, Ken Feck, a member of Crown Volvo management was also in contact. In all candor, I came to know them well before meeting them - which I looked forward to. The day I arrived to complete the transaction, Mr. Bill Gunnett had all the administrative paperwork prepared, Ken had the car washed, fueled, and ready for it's trip to the new home, and Colin patiently, and knowingly walked me through the features of the new car. When stopping at the Crown Volvo dealership, I told Mary I simply wanted to view the back seat of the S60 to ascertain the height of the area for the ease of our dog. Mary obliged & I felt absolutely no pressure. Even inviting us to bring our dog for a test drive. During the test drive, Mary was knowledgeable as to all the features & explained them in an easy & concise manner. The entire purchase phase was smooth & easy.
