Mary Mattingly is a perfect example of professionalism and no pressure sale. She was genuine and authentic throughout the whole experience. That MADE the difference! She was sincere and practical throughout the transaction. We presented a proposal that was a big stretch (trade in) and we were adamant about our price point. Mary's expertise came in, when she came up with options that eventually sealed the deal. The dealership was veteran friendly (thanks Ken Fleck). We are completely ecstatic with the purchase and strongly recommend Crown Volvo. The whole team Ken Fleck , Bill Gunnett and most importantly Mary Mattingly made the experience seamless and pleasant. She calls me every year to wish me a Happy Birthday also! Actually test drove an XC60 today. Loved it, but not the best time, since I still have 11 months before my current lease ends. Mary assured me she will contact me soon if any programs will work better for me. Crown Volvo Clearwater is a great place to get a vehicle! More

Our salesman James Wayden was relatively new, but was energetic and willing to find the answers to all of my questions. I got a fair deal on the vehicle, and there was none of the typical high pressure sales techniques other dealers might utilize. Bill Gunnett in finance was able to get us a decent interest rate and some extras. Overall a good experience. We are very pleased with the new car. More
