We decided to move from our V60 sport wagon into an XC90 to gain more space for our family. She and everyone at Crown were excellent to deal with and were very fair when it came to the deal on our new truck. I would highly recommend Mary and Crown Volvo. Having just lost my husband of 40 years and never had to shop for a car. Ken and Mary respected my budget and needs. I never felt like pressured into my purchased. Mary took the time to answer all my question and teach me how to operate the vehicle. Customer service doesn’t exist like this everywhere. Therefore, I am extremely grateful for their patience and knowledge of their product. caveat emptor I bought mazda cx 2015 used fir 21000. Have spent 3000 in repairs since. New tires cos they lost pressure every 6 days or 500 miles. Found a screw stu I bought mazda cx 2015 used fir 21000. Have spent 3000 in repairs since. New tires cos they lost pressure every 6 days or 500 miles. Found a screw stuck in one tire. Battery died But looked like new. Cleaned up i guess Also needed Another alignment after they Aligned it when we got it. Then brake rotors needed to be fixed. Now Touchscreen has gone off and whole thing needs to be replaced. Will take 4 days and I will be driving a rental. Like I want to say again... Manager shook my hand and said. You got the best deal on the lot. Caveat Emptor. Of this place! More

Fantastic experience at Crown Volvo Clearwater I can’t say it enough what an absolutely fantastic experience I had a Crown Volvo. As soon as I got to the door I was greeted by George Guirguis with I can’t say it enough what an absolutely fantastic experience I had a Crown Volvo. As soon as I got to the door I was greeted by George Guirguis with such a big smile and a sincere welcome. At first I thought to myself, and here we go I absolutely despise car shopping and the process that goes along with it! Well was I totally wrong about this time! From meeting George to test driving the XC60 T5 (George knew everything about this crossover/SUV) to sitting with Bill Gunnett in finance (this was always the worst part of buying a vehicle, however this was the BEST and most relaxed and non stressful experience with Bill). The entire process only took 2 hours and 50 minutes until I was in my new car driving home!!! The next day I returned as I had a few technical questions that I hadn’t addressed (I was so excited that we forgot) and George brought over Colin McGinn (he was so patient) who literally spent over an hour going step by step with me on what I could do with the phone, navigation etc... Lastly, having this kind of excellent experience at Crown Volvo with these 3 very professional men I will not only be going back in 3 years to buy another luxury vehicle I will be referring family and friends to them!
