She is very professional, pleasant, and determined to make the purchase experience an easy one, with no pressures. In spite of some tense moments in the beginning (I am rather detail-oriented), she kept her positive attitude and drove the deal to a reasonable conclusion. We have only had the car for less than a week, but so far are very pleased with the XC40 and would strongly recommend Mary for your next car purchase at Crown. As a side note, at times I had to slow down her explanations a bit, as she often seems to talk faster than my older brain brain can keep up with :-) More

Volvo XC60 T6 We have been looking for a Luxury mid-size SUV. We had visited a few Volvo dealerships (and other manufactures - Mercedes Benz & Acura) and hung our We have been looking for a Luxury mid-size SUV. We had visited a few Volvo dealerships (and other manufactures - Mercedes Benz & Acura) and hung our hat to do business with Crown Volvo in St. Petersburg Florida. I have purchased from Crown in the past (2016) and we decided to visit them last in our search when we decided to purchase the XC60 versus one of its competitors vehicles. When we entered the showroom we were greeted by Michael Grace. The showroom was very, very nice. I believe they have been in their new location/building for less than two months. Crown had a very good inventory of XC60's that we were looking for (2020 XC60 T5 or T6 Inscription). Michael and I discussed what I was looking for and he provided the options they had in stock. I decided on a XC60 T6 Inscription as I preferred to have the extra horsepower and torque. As Michael and I were discussing my needs Ken Feck (General Manager) stoped in to introduce himself and asked what I was looking for. After a short discussion Ken said I was in good hands with Michael and he would touch base with us later. Michael and I went for a test ride in a T6 XC60 Inscription. Michael was very enguaging casually telling me about the features of the XC60 on our drive. It was a great experience with no hard sell of any kind during my visit. Michael gave us a tour of the facility which included the Service area, (WOW) very clean (yes its new) and looked impressive with a layout which afforded the mechanics space to operate on vehicles. I'm looking forward to the same steller Service experience we have had in the past at Crown Volvo. In the end, we decided to do business with Crown Volvo purchasing the T6 XC60 Inscription. We are very pleased with the experience and deal that was made with Crown Volvo via Michael Grace, Ken Feck and Fred Woods (Finance). I do need to mention that the experience with Fred (Finance) was smooth and as quick as things can be doing all the paper work. More
