Mary was most knowledgeable and able to match our needs with the appropriate vehicles and pricing. The management team we worked with, Derrick Smith and Ken Feck, made everyone comfortable and made sure the buying process went smooth. Fred Woods in Finance was also a pleasure. Excellent Service by a Great Dealership Took my XC60 Ocean Racer to Crown Volvo for service. I arrived early & Samantha Scollo came right out to help me with my service needs. She greeted me Took my XC60 Ocean Racer to Crown Volvo for service. I arrived early & Samantha Scollo came right out to help me with my service needs. She greeted me with a big smile & asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment & she took down my service needs on the work order. Like always I was t greeted with a smile & a professional service advisor. When my car was completed I came back to the dealership & got the same professional service. My car was washed & ready for me to pick up on arrival & Samantha handled the whole transaction from start to finish. Highly recommended service department & dealership.
