Fantastic day with George Guirguis We started, what was planned to be a very long day traveling around Pinellas County, compairing Suv's (Volvo XC60, Acura RDX, BMW X3 and Lexus RX350) We started, what was planned to be a very long day traveling around Pinellas County, compairing Suv's (Volvo XC60, Acura RDX, BMW X3 and Lexus RX350). Then we met George Guirguis. He greeted us as we drove up, with a big friendly smile. After reviewing our wish list, George pulled out a model, fitting our needs, and we took a test drive. We loved the ride comfort and luxury of the XC60 Inscription T5 AWD and realized that this was such a special car that we need not go elsewhere (something we hve never done). Then, George "patiently"walked us around looking at the color combos in the (98 degree) parking lot, and he never stopped smiling. We "ironically" decided on the one we test drove. It was beauitful! We were able to quickly agree on (thanks to Derrick) what we thought was a very fair deal with zero haggling, and an hour later we were driving away in our new Volvo. We have bought many cars in our lifetime and NEVER had such a pleasant car buying experience. We totally attribute this "miracle" to George Guirguis! Side Note: I wanted to give Derrick Smith 5 stars too, but this review form would not permit it. He was professional and friendly and helped George get our price. More
