What an amazing experience!! I was looking at SUVs and I really liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. I live in the Bel Air area and had not originally looked much further tha I was looking at SUVs and I really liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. I live in the Bel Air area and had not originally looked much further than a few of the very close local dealers by me. Neither of these dealers had the limited X in stock, which led me to my search. I immediately found that Heritage had an amazing selection of all models, including the X. Although my local dealer was working to get one in for me, I decided to reach out to Heritage to see the X. I met with the sales representative, Brian Perry who I spoke with on the phone. Brian took the time to find out exactly what features I was looking for and had an X waiting for me to drive when I arrived with everything i wanted in it. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and inviting. Brian worked with Ken Gower and the Manager, Dan Langford to make a great bottom line deal from the start. I was concerned about payment so I did not buy the first night. The next Day, Brian reached out to see what I was thinking. We discussed the option of looking at the Altitude and he worked pricing on that as well to try and keep the monthly payments down. During this time, my local dealer reached out to let me know they received the same vehicle in stock and discussed their pricing with me. They didn't come close to the original deal that Heritage made for me right from the start. I returned to see Brian that night to see the Altitude work through final numbers on both vehicles. Jacob Cardwell, the Finance Director went out of his way to work with me to get my monthly payment where I needed it on the X. He was very patient and worked through several options for me. Both Brian and Jacob stayed well after closing to accommodate me and a few others who were finalizing deal. Brian went over all of the unique features of the vehicle with me that night. Unfortunately, I was unable to take deliver that night since I was not trading in my current vehicle. Brian and a co-worker went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to me the next day at my home. Overall, my experience was truly an amazing one. Great Customer experience from everyone involved, especially Brian and Jacob! I would highly recommend them and Heritage to anyone in need of a vehicle!! Thank you Heritage team for giving me a great deal and making this a great experience! More
