When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly and cordially greeted by Jeremy Cooney and Ken Gower who then directed me to Nik Bratton, Sales & Leasing Consultant. Nik was awesome! As soon as we sat down to start this process, Nik listened intently to get a good 'read' on exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for and why. He proved to be very amiable, respectful, and professional in all respects. In the end, I feel as though I got a fair value for my trade-in and acquired a brand new (2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk) for a reasonable price. All aspects of the deal were totally transparent and fair. I left the Heritage in my new 'ride' feeling completely happy and satisfied; assured that I was fairly treated and that I would have continued support from this fine dealership.
