Was pleasantly greeted by Scott Streeter and Ken Gray. Scott repeated what I wanted done. He confirmed that I wanted OEM wiper blades and took my car to get it started while Ken walked me into the waiting area. I got a nice cappuccino and had a pleasant wait chatting mostly with Ken, but also with Jim and Ed until Scott returned to alert me that my car was complete. He additionally, kindly, touched up a paint chip I had. Paying was quick and easy and I was on my way sooner than I expected. (And I was very thankful today in the rain when I could see beautifully out of my cleanly wiped windows:)). More

My salesman, Ken Gray, was courteous and worked with me in the decision making process. After a test drive we reached a purchase agreement. I then worked with Sales Manager Jason Finley to complete the process. Jason was straightforward and informative about the purchase documentation, sales tax, vehicle title and tags, warranty, etc. A few days after I got the vehicle home I realized there was a problem with the Securicode and keyless entry system. I called the David Dodge service department and explained the problem to Dave. Dave was very helpful and responsive. He promptly arranged a service appointment that would be most convenient for me. Dave is an exceptional asset to the David Dodge team as he makes service what it should be – GOOD SERVICE. James Dorman More

I will put it this way: Since 2008 I have purchased 5 cars from Ken. I keep going back because Ken makes it feel like you're negotiating a private sale. On this last purchase (2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk), I came with an approved loan from my bank. the interest rate on this loan was 3.79%. Ken said he could beat that rate, and he did indeed! He got me a loan at 2.7% interest! Like I said -- this man goes the extra mile for his customers. David Dodge, from service and parts to the sales floor always has welcoming sales staff and service people. I have had all of my service on every car done at that dealer.
