Great service department. Friendly, fast, and 100% with communication. Ken was spot on and precise. They were extremely busy with service calls. Had to wait a day or two for them to get the cars done befor communication. Ken was spot on and precise. They were extremely busy with service calls. Very satisfied, stopped in on Friday afternoon told them what my problem was. They got me in on Tuesday , Ken called me Tuesday afternoon and told me what was going on. I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee Limited. I had a trailer hitch put on and the wiring harness was not wired properly.
