Excellent Bought my vehicle from Deur-Speet about a month and a half ago. Last week it started making a clunking noise when I was driving it. Called Deur-Speet Bought my vehicle from Deur-Speet about a month and a half ago. Last week it started making a clunking noise when I was driving it. Called Deur-Speet and they told me to bring it in. They gave me a loaner vehicle to drive and diagnosed my problem as a bad cylinder. Thankfully that was covered under the power-train warranty I had on my vehicle. They also noticed that an engine coil needed to be replaced, which they did. I had to pay for the engine coil, but they didn't charge me labor. I was without my vehicle for a week, but they kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Very pleased with their service! More

Brand new customer but treated like I'd gone there for years I was very impressed by the staff at this dealership. Service advisor made sure he understood the odd issues my vehicle was having. What they found w I was very impressed by the staff at this dealership. Service advisor made sure he understood the odd issues my vehicle was having. What they found was clearly explained to me. Even though it took a couple tries for my intermittent issue they really couldn't test drive to find, it got taken care of, and much quicker than I expected. For me it is worth the drive to come to a great dealer like this. Dealership is clean, staff personable and friendly, waiting area neat. Much more impressed with this operation than the bigger city Jeep dealerships I have been to. More

Repairs with Kenneth Hope! I am very Leary with dealership since I have had previous bad experiences; however I had grew service at Deur Speet and Kenneth Hope! He was explained everything, made me feel very comfortable (since I am not mechanical inclined), and due to the amount of repair (larger amount) didn't make me feel awkward about the repairs. He was simply great! I dropped my vehicle off & it was repaired prior to pickup date & I received several calls ( of concern because I wasn't answering (due to no service in the area I traveled for my vacation)) stating vehicle was finished which was just amazing! I will be bringing my vehicle in to Deur Speet for future repairs & calling Kenneth Hope with any questions! Great experience! More

Not just a dealer (two cars!), but for great service! Bought one Grand Cherokee, came back and bought our second. And very important, when we need service, I've been able to call and get scheduled. Excellent quality service. I like the way they back up their work. You may have to say what you want done 2 or 3 times (on phone and in person and maybe in person again), but t I like the way they back up their work. Ken Hope is passionate about the service he delivers. He was having issues with his laptop or notebook, not quite sure why that was even needed to have service done on my vehicle. That process could definitely be improved. Overall - satisfied. More
