Ken Julian was low pressure, I like that. David Teague seems to have a problem telling the truth. He told me 3 times there would be no penalty for paying off Wells Fargo early. The contrac David Teague seems to have a problem telling the truth. He told me 3 times there would be no penalty for paying off Wells Fargo early. The contract says there may be a fee up to $ 75.00. When I called Teague about this he said they would "cut me a check" if there's a fee. I asked him twice to put that in writing but apparently he refuses to do that. I sent him a reminder and he just ignored it. He also told me it would be 45 days before I could get the loan number from Wells Fargo Auto, it was actually less than 12 hours. I felt bush-whacked when I got to the finance dept and learned the doc fee was $ 900.00, the highest in the US. Then there's all the other fees on top of that. I don't feel my trade-in value was fair. I would not recommend PC Toyota. More

3rd vehicle we've bought from P. C. Toyota. Salesman Ken Julian and Finance mgr. Troy Lassiter were very helpful and honest. Found same type of vehicle in Tallahassee at a cheaper pr C. Toyota. Salesman Ken Julian and Finance mgr. Troy Lassiter were very helpful and honest. Found same type of vehicle in Tallahassee at a cheaper price and P.C. Toyota beat theirs by $500. More

Purchased car over the Internet and drove several hours to pick it up. My salesman (Ken) was incredibly friendly and helpful. The vehicle was exactly as described and I feel like I got a good deal and was to pick it up. My salesman (Ken) was incredibly friendly and helpful.
