The service was excellent-We bought our car back in 2015 and had a great experience in buying it and we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future- I made an appointment for 12:30 and was taken care of righ and had a great experience in buying it and we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future- I made an appointment for 12:30 and was taken care of right away for an oil change-rotating the tires and flushing out the brakes -They explained everything thoroughly to us and said it would be an hour and half and waited in your waiting area which was wonderful - with the soda and goodies!!! We were done exactly at the time they said which we liked alot!!! More

I received quick attention to my (tire) need. When it was discovered to be with the valve, not the tire, the attendant worked with me to find a lower price option...always appreciated!!! The second time was good but when I went the 1st time to do a regular oil change they changed my battery due to not passing the test. Was under warranty so it was replaced free. Great. The issue whoever rep do a regular oil change they changed my battery due to not passing the test. Was under warranty so it was replaced free. Great. The issue whoever replaced the battery did a bad JOB and when I drove the car for a few days it started having electrical issues where one day the car was totally dead with no power and I was at a store. Gladly after a few minutes the power came back and was able to drive home. Other weird issues like my Navigation system going on/off and some other panel indicator coming on/off and again the car dying. Took to the car dealer and they found that one of the cables was loose and corroded. I did do electrical diagnostic to make sure nothing else was wrong. All came up ok. Cleaned the corroded cable and the car has been back to normal no issues. A simple battery replacement could caused a major issue for me and safety if the car would have died when driving. My point, battery is an essential piece to the whole electrical system of these cars now a days. More
