My visit with my wifes 2015 jeep cherokee for possible brake problems which it was discovered it was not the brakes on friday june 23rd and i was told to take it to the jeep dealer down the road, which i brake problems which it was discovered it was not the brakes on friday june 23rd and i was told to take it to the jeep dealer down the road, which is fine to my wife and i as i was told by nick colon that the mechanic didnt have the " special tools of requirments to fo the job " that's fine my wife will deal with jeep down the road and i'll stick bouche service for my 2013 chevrolet ... but, i don't understand why bouche chevrolet keeps nick colon as an employee ecspecially after my recent & past visits where i have dealt with nick . I want to make this perfectley clear here , not every visit with my 2013 chevy silverado has been terrible and not every visit dealing nick has been great . Dealing with nick , if anything , it has been mediocre at best as for communication, & mediocre attitude towards me as a faithful customer to bouche chevorlet service dept. My impression of dealing with nick , it seems to me that nick has an attitude being in the scence of to give you an idea .."Oh great this guy again , i'll do it because i have to and not because i want to !" Type attitude. Once again , this is to be viewed as my opinion only as this is my impression as my view only on nick's personality and attitude towards me as customer, that's fine ,i'll deal with a different service advisor. Yes, in the past i have given nick a small token of appreciation as a gift during christmas holidays , but my actions are to be viewed as it was done because that is who i am as a person ,being a giving and a nice guy as i do this with any repeat of dealings with any represenitive of any company i deal with and have repeat buisness with . Nick replaced ken, when ken was promoted. i'd rather deal with ken again , he was an absolute pleasure to deal with but, bouche promoted a great man for well deserved reasons . Since it was not the breaks on my wifes 2015 jeep cherokee and apparentley on an educated guess it was a dust shield of some kind per nick colon, the service advisor. Since friday morning, june 23 rd from the time of dropping it off today june 27th nick explained to my wife & i the educated guess of the problem with my wifes 2015 jeep cherokkee trail hawk. Now, this is where my wife and i are COMPLETLEY PISSED OFF WITH NICK Colon .( my wife and i ) dont believe for 1 second nicks story to my wife and i about the alleged time that the mechanic ,shawn fueller took on looking at my wifes jeep. From what has been explained on june 23 rd until today picking up my wifes jeep today june 27 th. From what was told from nick colon to my wife and i that the mechanic ,shawn fueller spent hours and hours on my wifes jeep and that shawn fueller took off the tires had my wifes jeep on the rack in the air ,to taking off the rear braking system left and right side ,to taking out the left and rear axles . To putting every mechanical moving part back together and still spent more time on diagnosis with my wifes jeep still running on the rack with the jeep in drive and up in the air to listen to the noise and where it was coming from . Now, after all this "hours and hours " as nick explained to my wife nicole and i .. why with all these hours and 2 full days from june 23 rd and saturday june 24th per nick - There is not a bill that we are paying for on my wifes 2015 jeep cherokee . So, with the same diagnosis on friday june 23rd and saturday june 24th and nick telling my wife and on saturday june 24th that nothing new has been discovered for a diagnosis and shawn will continue to work on the 2015 jeep cherokee on monday june 26th to find anything else more as related to the problem that our 2015 jeep cherokee has. So,heres my problem why after 3 whole days friday june 23 rd , saturday june 24th , and monday june 26th and the same guess why keep the jeep for 4 days when it was diagnosed on friday 23 rd?? If it was done on the 23rd ,we should have told to pick it than ,not on monday the 26th or 27 More
