Best Experience I have ever had buying a new truck EVER!!! Ken McLemore was my salesman and let me say he earned his pay the two days he had to deal with me until I found the right truck I wanted. I knew what Ken McLemore was my salesman and let me say he earned his pay the two days he had to deal with me until I found the right truck I wanted. I knew what I wanted for my trade and I knew what payments I wanted and there was no way in budging me. Ken went above and beyond to help me find the right truck that would fit my needs and got the payments where I wanted them. He also had to tolerate my sarcastic sense of humor which I kept teasing him to add more accessories to this truck!! The finance man "Anthony" was able to work even a better deal than the one we originally agreed to which is always a huge plus in my book!! My husband said from now on when we want a new vehicle or truck we are going to them because they will do everything they can to get EXACTLY what you want and the payments you want. So if you want to ENJOY the auto buying experience go here. Tell them what you want and range and they will do everything they can to keep you where you want it. I hate vehicle shopping but after this experience, we know where we will continue doing our vehicle business . Thanks Ken.... you made me and my hubby happy, although he had no clue what we were buying until he came to sign papers and I'm happy to say he LOVES it!! More

What a Great Experience! I had a tough situation and they worked hard to tender a deal for me that worked. I had a new 2014 BMW with a clear title that I didn't like and I dec I had a tough situation and they worked hard to tender a deal for me that worked. I had a new 2014 BMW with a clear title that I didn't like and I decided I wanted a Ford F-150 again. But how to make that deal work that could be a win/win for both parties, I was afraid it was next to impossible. Even though I thought the BMW I had was not right for me, I was prepared to keep it if I couldn't find the deal I wanted because it was a great car with still a lot of value left in it. In other words, I wasn't desperate. I didn't HAVE to make that deal and I didn't want to force it. But they made it happen and I was very pleased. Now I'm in the truck I wanted. Thanks to all who made it possible. I worked with Ken McLemore and also had conversations with Joshua Fichter, but I'm sure others were involved as well whose names I do not know. It was also late at night when I should have let them go home and come back the next working day, but they wanted to stay with me until the deal was done. Now I'm off and running and very happy about it. See you on the road! I will say that in 2007 I met Tony Pack after my two children were nearly killed in a car accident. Tony was a great encouragement to me, allowing me to sit in his office and hear his story from years ago. He gave me a copy of his book, which I've read cover to cover, and I have always appreciated him for that encouragement that he gave to my kids and I. What a great man! Interestingly enough, I never bought from there until now...some 8 years later. I will again, but since I'm in the truck I wanted, it may be a while. :-) More
