Awful I feel that I was lied to, deceived, and the communication between the dealership and I was terrible. My experience with Woburn Toyota. I have had my Highlander for 13 years.. I bought it from Woburn Toyota because it was convenient to my home and office. The Parts Department has always been good - in helping me buy a new map system to getting a pair of windshield wiper blades. Joanne Sasso was a real Star during my recent service: The muffler didn't sound right. She diagnosed the problem from the history and she ordered the parts that she thought would be needed. She was absolutely correct. ( I did not need a muffler, I needed the "Y pipe" off the manifold ) As my car ( and I) get older, I start to think of another car. I would consider a second hand Highlander. Ken Mello will help me when I need him, I'm sure. . More

Happy with my recent winter tires I am really happy with my winter tires and even more so that I was able to get them before my ski trip. The dealership mess up my order but John Ru I am really happy with my winter tires and even more so that I was able to get them before my ski trip. Great service, annoying marketing My last service was excellent. They finished my car an hour earlier than planned so that we could leave for a trip on time. I am very thankful for the great customer service! Since my service however I've received very annoying marketing calls and emails from this dealership trying to get me to buy a new or used car, or trade in my current model. I tried calling and emailing several times to get them to stop and eventually they did after a few weeks. I never consented to these solicitations and it makes me not want to go back there for fear that they will start again! More
