experience from xxxx Kenneth Vachris took our car on Monday for service overnight. Instead of 1 night he held it for 2 nights without calling us back with an explanation. Kenneth Vachris took our car on Monday for service overnight. Instead of 1 night he held it for 2 nights without calling us back with an explanation. When my husband called the service department this morning, they told him the car has been ready. He never heard back from Kenneth Vachris. He took the train and was supposed to be picked up at a nearby train station. They never returned his calls for pick-up and they kept redirecting him to the wrong numbers and voicemails. Since this is the only dealership for Smart cars on LI, they behave anyway they want with the owners of such cars. Avoid this dealership, especially Kenneth Vachris. More
