The sales & service team was exceptional, but not the service staff. The approach that the receptionist took to make me wait was rude. I understand that there are others waiting. On picking up the c service staff. The approach that the receptionist took to make me wait was rude. I understand that there are others waiting. On picking up the car, the receptionist was focused on their personal texting rather than taking care of the customer in front of them. They did not match the manufacturers tire pressure specification on the service performed, which was to replace the tire, even after I requested the service rep to address it. More
