Exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction I had issues with a new car within a week of picking it it up at Rallye MB at the most inopportune time and place. The engine was overheating and the I had issues with a new car within a week of picking it it up at Rallye MB at the most inopportune time and place. The engine was overheating and the trunk would not close due to sensor or latch malfunction while I was in Virginia. I was extremely disappointed in the Mercedes brand, as this was our 9th Mercedes in 24 years; however after contacting the service and sales team at Rallye, my trust in the Mercedes brand was restored. They literally went above and beyond my expectation in making sure that all our car problems were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I truly feel that Mercedes Benz should be very proud of Rallye MB dealership in upholding their brand image and what it stands for. More
