I wanted to give whole story what happened with Steve but there's not enough available words to describe how bad of a sales consultant wannabe he is. I've purchased multiple vehicles from MB dealerships thro there's not enough available words to describe how bad of a sales consultant wannabe he is. I've purchased multiple vehicles from MB dealerships throughout the years and I have never ever seen anyone as bad as Steve at their job. Rude, attitude problems and just making xxxx up to not work with you... If zero stars was an option I'd give it to him Just note for other people, apparently if you show up with your approval letter (not pre-qualified an actual approval already made for specific vehicle) at 93k total purchase 6.49% APR for 84 months or 93k 5.5% APR at 72 months, they don't like it so they'll make up a reason to make purchasing very inconvenient for you - Steve would say something like this - You cannot take your newly purchased 100k car home because someone in the past stole the car with approval letter and if you want to use your approval letter from Bank of America btw, you'd have to wait until funds get deposited in their account... Which could take multiple business days at least. Bank of America lists them as authorized dealer so it makes zero difference if it's approval letter or if it's bank of america coming through them. When they run your application and come back with numbers, that APR number is made up cause they upsell and make % on it, which comes out to pretty good amount, so they are not just making money on sale.. The car's been sitting there for over 2 months and I was ready to buy it right there.. So on the same day I purchased better vehicle from Benzel-Busch Englewood without any issues using the same approval letter from Bank of America.. More
