experience from xxxx Kenneth Vachris took our car on Monday for service overnight. Instead of 1 night he held it for 2 nights without calling us back with an explanation. When my husband called the service department this morning, they told him the car has been ready. He never heard back from Kenneth Vachris. He took the train and was supposed to be picked up at a nearby train station. They never returned his calls for pick-up and they kept redirecting him to the wrong numbers and voicemails. Since this is the only dealership for Smart cars on LI, they behave anyway they want with the owners of such cars. Avoid this dealership, especially Kenneth Vachris. More

I trust my smart car only to this man! I bought my smart fortwo from Rallye some time ago. In the very beginning, I had an issue with a faulty key fob, and then a leak in back window. Both I bought my smart fortwo from Rallye some time ago. In the very beginning, I had an issue with a faulty key fob, and then a leak in back window. Both times they were warranty issues, and both times I had Kenny. He took care of things for me and my car came back, issues solved and with light hearted banter included. I always email him with issues I have, and he answers my questions promptly and saves the trip to service if my issue can be solved stupidly easily. Recently I went in for my windshield issue. He took care of everything for and was able to get me a kick-xxx loaner. As always his funny quips and conversation make the experience great. I forget im in there for a problem with my car. He's a stand up guy, and Rallye Motors needs to acknowledge him and give him a bonus or promotion or something. He is an asset to Rallye. And he is the only reason I continue service with Rallye. More

Rob Gershowitz at Rallye Motors is the man! I have leased a dozen MBs over the course of many years from Rallye and Rob has been my consultant from the beginning. I won't go anywhere else for my leading needs and unequivocally recommend Rob to my friends and colleagues. The service department is also excellent from every touch point: receptionists, service advisors, mechanics all the way through to the loaner specialists. Katie L and Ken V are the best advisors and are highly recommended. More

I Rally for Rallye! Rallye Motors is an unusual place...it is warm and welcoming unlike other car dealerships I have encountered! The place is bright and ultra clean. The people who work there all act with professional dignity (even the cleaning help I have met there) which is a pleasure to see. I recently purchased my 4th Mercedes- Benz from Rallye and my long relationship with them has always been positive. Tom Walton, a salesman is a gem as is Ken Vachris in the service department. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea; I definitely rally for Rallye!!! More

My wife's 'baby' is her 1999 S320. It has only 15000 garaged miles on it. She trusts only Rallye and specifically Kenny Vachris and his team to handle its maintenance. I bought my pre-owned e350 there which was a very positive experience (worked with Victor). But the service which I experienced with my former Mercedes and now my new one is really a pleasure.
