Excellent Service!!! I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. My daughter needed a new car right away. I was working out of town and could not get back to I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. My daughter needed a new car right away. I was working out of town and could not get back to Kansas until the weekend. I was only going to have a few days to find a vehicle for her that we all agreed on, get the deal wrapped up and back on a flight that Monday to get back to work. I reached out to Olathe Toyota and got in contact with Kendall Kile. He spent the next few days sending me information on different vehicles that we may be interested in. Which, we are talking about a 19 year old girl and a mom trying to purchase the "perfect" car all by communicating through calls, texts, emails and the Olathe Toyota website. I am not sure how Kendall managed it, but he pulled it off fabulously. We walked in to the dealership the morning I flew in. The car was sitting out front, detailed and ready to go. The Paper work all completed and just needed our signatures. He made sure she was covered from front to back. I have never been more satisfied and in awe of how someone took care of something so important to us with such detail. I tell everyone now to go see Kendall at Olathe Toyota. You won't find any better! More

Even though it was clearly WAY after hours, everyone stayed as long as it took to do the paperwork, old cars appraised and new cars prepared for us. I had arrived in time to be the 1st potential buyer out of three buyers for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and the salesman explained to me that being the 1st (which doesn't happen very often) I get 1st bid. After a test ride and coming to a agreement for the cost.... i bought it. He was very patient, and a car sales rep that i will give 5-stars too. I understand he is an employee of Olathe Toyota but i also felt like he was a straight arrow with me on the negotiation part. I would deal with him again and I recommend him. I also think the offer Olathe Toyota has for their new used vehicles, lifetime power-train warranty, is a big sale item. It's what got me to go look at the pickup in the 1st place.
