Vehicle was driven in under its own power. Vehicle left for salvage. Apparently this is to be expected if you own a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge product. Warranty head gasket replacement, no one called the warranty company to open a claim for a week until I called and made them. Took two more weeks to get it finished had to take the vehicle back 3 times warranty company to open a claim for a week until I called and made them. They didn’t pressure us and let us test drive a lot of different vehicles until my wife found one she was happy with. This was the 3rd time I’ve bought a vehicle from this dealership and I was glad to see different vehicles until my wife found one she was happy with. This was the 3rd time I’ve bought a vehicle from this dealership and I was glad to see they are still awesome. My Dodge Ram Cummins I bought from them in 2007 was total out in the storm last week. I will be calling them shortly to replace it as soon as I get the insurance check. More

During oil change, we were told our front brakes needed replacing. We looked at history and you all did that work 4 months prior. We paid around $700. We were told to come back and you wanted to charge a $175 diagnostic fee to troubleshoot! Had to escalate and then told to bring back Monday. Left and got call from Lucas to come back again. Turns out technician was wrong! Wasted entire Saturday on your mistake. Three trips back and forth! Was offered nothing for our trouble like a credit toward next oil change. Terrible service! Will switch to another service provider. Too bad as we’ve been coming to you for 12 years! More
