EVEN THO I SAID NO. it's okay tho I have a LOT of money. And I have a big influence over KC. So. I made sure to tell everyone I know to never go there. Congratulations on being complete trash. I genuinely wish you all the worst. More

Edit: My local guy fixed it for $300. Strangely his diagnostic told them exactly where and what the problem was... 3 days, $220 spent, nothing diagnosed, fixed, or found. *I unders Strangely his diagnostic told them exactly where and what the problem was... 3 days, $220 spent, nothing diagnosed, fixed, or found. *I understand I had a complex issue and I understand why things went the way they did. However, it definitely felt like a cash grab and a waste of time: I have a 2017 Jeep, with check engine light on, and a service code that could mean a multitude of things. However, I had already spent $220 on diagnostic and was asked to spend another 2k for further diagnostics. None of which would have included an actual fix. The $220 diagnostic gave me nothing (even diagnostics unrelated to the check engine light: oil, tire pressure, etc). What did I even pay $220 for? This was the starting point for the tech to diagnose further. I understand that the diagnostics required the dismantling of the engine bay but still, what am I getting for an additional 2k? What if the problem cost another 3k to fix? Soon I'm 5k into a vehicle that is worth 10k. When I inquired further, to get a better ballpark idea of total cost, the tech didn't want to say. And while I respect him not speculating or misquoting a potential cost, it starts to feel like there was no confidence, diagnostics, or end game in mind. I'm not that old but I come from a world where when you say you will do something for a price, you do it. Maybe the initial $220 could have been refunded or at least been applied towards the 2k diagnostic? I understand that I might not be the customer type (expendable cash) that the dealership prefers. So I definitely will try other dealer. More

I had an oil change done on my vehicle, the technician also noticed my air filter had worked loose and wasn't securely attached. They notified me of the problem and got it corrected. Oil change & Tire rotation took much longer than expected (3 hours). Felt pressured to upsell services, which is a new experience at this facility. (3 hours). Felt pressured to upsell services, which is a new experience at this facility. More
