Once again he helped me out and I left with a brand new version of my old Escape. Best buying experience!!! We started looking for a car for our 16 year old son and decide to check with some local dealers. After searching on the internet for a week or so. We went to 2-3 dealers and were very disappointed by what seemed to be the same old run around. We made a phone call up to Sam Packs Ford in Lewisville and spoke to Mr. Kenneth Burke in the sale department and immediately we knew this experience would be different. Kenneth ask us a few questions, gave us some suggestions and then invited us out to go over some options. We arrived at the store and Kenneth just put our mind at ease. He said with a big smile on his face’ “ I’ve got the perfect car for your son” and went out and pulled up a 2017 Ford Focus Hatchback. He went over the car a check off ever box that was important to us. So after the test drive we knew this was the right car. Kenneth Burke you were Awesome! Awesome experience I went to the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my truck. After talking with Jerry Criter he suggested that he had some trucks t I went to the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my truck. After talking with Jerry Criter he suggested that he had some trucks that may lower my payments or at the very least upgrade for about the same. They had a fair selection to choose from and I finally saw one that I really liked. Jerry and his team worked extremely hard to make it happen quickly. I was surprised at how fast they worked out the deal. I got a great rate and twice the truck with little to no effort on my part. I am impressed and grateful for Jerry and the finance team.
