No body is in sync when it comes to sales, finance and especially service. Horrible service by service department. Car came in with a chip in windshield. I stopped by the very next day to show it to them and get it fixed. Didn’t get appointment for next 4 weeks but I was told it’d be $35 and it will be covered since thats how I got the vehicle. Comes the time to fix it now it’s suddenly $60 and its not covered because whoever told me that it’ll be covered did not put comments about it. Not the first time the sales department has been absolutely disappointing. Will be taking down my google reviews for this dealership and writing a new one to reflect the actual experience rather than what they tell me to write. More
