Ken along with the delivery man did an outstanding job. I tried to pay with a company check from a Pa company that I own. Major upset! Ken had to waste his time to follow me home to get a personal check I tried to pay with a company check from a Pa company that I own. Major upset! The dealership showroom was nice/ the salesman was very helpful we test drove the vehicle/ the salesman expected me to buy the car at that very moment he explained the dealership does not discount the car helpful we test drove the vehicle/ the salesman expected me to buy the car at that very moment he explained the dealership does not discount the car at all and said everyone that comes in does not ask for a discount and they usually buy the vehicle when they come in without any discount and drive home with the vehicle I don’t think he was expecting me to leave without buying the vehicle which I thought was strange when he wasn’t offering any substantial discount to the price of the vehicle and when I asked for 7 years 100,000 mile warranty bumper-to-bumper and seven year 100,000 mile service warranty be included in the transaction. He came back and told me it was $12,000 so there was no incentive to buy the vehicle. I thought the salesman was nice but I also thought, he expects any of the people that come in to just come in and buy the vehicle at full price and buy it right on The spot I thought that was very strange, especially when I was also looking at other vehicles, which I told him the car was very nice. I thought the warranty was very weak for the price of the vehicle, which is what I explained both BENTLEY and RollsRoyce in the same price range or for four year, unlimited mile warranty with complete service and maintenance for free Was very interested the vehicle but the warranty is terrible. You get the same warranty on a Chevy Tahoe for 160,000 less. More
