I have purchased over 30 vehicles during my lifetime. However, this is the first time I have ever made a long distance purchase. My original plan was to fly to the dealership, inspect and test drive th However, this is the first time I have ever made a long distance purchase. My original plan was to fly to the dealership, inspect and test drive the vehicle, finalize the contract, pay and drive my baby home. However, Hurricanes and COVID negated that plan.... .So for the first time in my life and with great trepidation, I bought my car sight unseen - relying exclusively on my Sales Representative's assurances. Needless to say, I incurred criticism from the gambit of family, colleagues and friends. Inexplicably, I trusted my Sales Representative, signed the contract, put my check in the dealership-provided express envelope and mailed the packet. My vehicle arrived at my home four days later in pristine condition. From now on, my family and I will be purchasing all of our future vehicles from Ken Lucas and from Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. Ken could teach a master class for sales and client service. He listened and understood what I was looking for to replace my GLK. I was looking online across the whole country for a Ford Conversion Van for months. We had one in the past and it made traveling so much more comfortable. I couldn't sleep one night and used my phone to search yet again. An ad came up on a general car search site, it was perfect and it said it was a the Mercedes Benz dealer 10 miles from my house. The next day I called MB of Naples, I waited a long time for the used car salesman to answer the phone. I asked him if he had the Ford van that I saw advertised online, he said to me "Ma'am do you realize you are calling Mercedes Benz of Naples?". Next I decided to email the Bonita Springs MB instead of calling. Ken responded the same day, sent us all the information about the vehicle so we could review it at home. The soonest we could come in was Labor Day, Ken was there, the van was perfect, he took care of all the details and we drove it home the same day. My husband could not be happier with the great deal and superior customer service. I am thrilled we found the perfect vehicle so close to home. PS we had purchased our last two vehicles from MB of Naples. We will go to MB of Bonita Springs from now on. More
