Great experience. Ken was attentive to every detail. He was able to quickly identify a used vehicle that met our criteria. After going through the certification process, several issues were identified and was able to quickly identify a used vehicle that met our criteria. I'm not one to typically write reviews, however, we received such outstanding service that I wanted to thank Ken Lucas, Armando Alberto and Wyllie. We were in Naples visiting relatives, never really in received such outstanding service that I wanted to thank Ken Lucas, Armando Alberto and Wyllie. We were in Naples visiting relatives, never really intended to purchase a vehicle, just came to look...well then we walked out with a new vehicle. Imagine that!! Each of these gentlemen went out of their way to make it a seamless transition and to make sure we were happy with our purchase, Additionally, we were leaving to go home the following day, so they made sure everything was completed so we could get on the road. Outstanding service!!! Thank you Ken, Alberto and Wyllie and the staff behind the scenes that made that quick turnaround possible. More
