GREAT TIME AND GOOD EXPERIENCE Ken Lucas was very detailed oriented and very straight forward with his approach with us during our time at the MBBS this last Saturday May, 2nd. We could drive different cars and he gave us the overall technical differences to each model which helped us to make narrow down to the MB GLS450 that most suited our needs. They made the purchase easy I gave Ken the 3 colors that I would take and the list of options that I had to have.
