missing service tech I would have given a 5-star rating, but I was again disappointed with my service tech, Ken Thompson. The car was dropped off before service opened, a I would have given a 5-star rating, but I was again disappointed with my service tech, Ken Thompson. The car was dropped off before service opened, and when I called at 10:30 the service tech could not be found and the car was not ready. I called again at 2:30, the car was done and I said someone would be there at 3:00 for pickup. When my husband showed up at 3, the service tech could not be found. Another, very helpful tech helped my husband. More

Oil change and recall When setting my appointment with Kenneth he was very dismissive and was unwilling to look to see what the recall for my vehicle a F-150 was. Dropped o When setting my appointment with Kenneth he was very dismissive and was unwilling to look to see what the recall for my vehicle a F-150 was. Dropped off my vehicle at time of appointment was not told that the recall would take all day upon getting my car at about 5:45 in the afternoon I was asked if I was sure that this is where my car was. I had called at 2:30 in the afternoon and was told that they had just now started working on my car. After looking over my car my car was a mess I either windows no service sticker was on itsaying that they had even serviced my vehicle for the oil changed the oil change meter was not reset back to a hundred I had to check and make sure they changed my oil by checking it when I got to my part-time job. The back door panel from the door lock was not completely on the front door lock now goes below the door panel.on Wednesday morning at about 10 I went to unlock my truck and my truck would not unlock with the key fob or the code on the car door all other locks besides the driver side would unlock I called told him about the issue dropped it off at about 2:30 the door started working Kenneth told me that if they couldn't replicate the issue then they couldn't fix again being dismissive. I told him he would try to have to figure it out because I was tired of bringing my car back up to have it serviced upon which I spoke with Sonia who is the courtesy car person and I have to say she was a delight a wonderful person to speak with and she gave me a car as a courtesy for them to fix it. As someone who works 24-hour shifts I had to bring my car back on Friday and I was told at 10 and it wasn't ready that they had just now started looking at it. after picking it up today on Friday finally the car was still a mess the door lock itself was not brought above the door panel once again and supposedly it is fixed I will not be bringing back my car thanks to Kenneth and his dismissiveness and his unwilling to check to make sure that things were done and done correctly I was asked three times by two different women if I was sure that this is where I dropped off my vehicle. I do not ever recommend going to Green Ford to drop off your vehicle for service unless you get the opportunity to speak to Sonya who again was a delight.and just as a side note I still have to clean my own vehicle where their service people did not clean up after themselves which is ridiculous. More

Clutch Repair This was the first time I dropped my Truck. Follow ups were very poor and the folks did not have my name right either or track my invoice. Regular upkeep Had my oil changed and tires rotated. They recommended that I purchase new one within 1 to 2 oil changes. Was not pressured to buy them right away. But they did tell me that I will need them in about 5,000 to 8,000 miles. More

Warranty oil leak I noticed an oil leak near the turbo on my RS. Took it to Green Ford and they found the leak and fixed it in a few days.
