I was not happy that the service manager dealing with my car could not reach me by phone. He had the correct number and said he called 3 times. I never got the call or a message. I had asked to have the car State inspected and that was forgotten. I also thought the price for the work done was pretty high. $700 to service the transmission and fix a leak just seems like a lot. I did not actually work with Kenneth, there are no Service names to select from. More

This place is a joke. I'm not sure how this is the only site which gives good reviews of this clown show they call a service Department. If you want no communications and a bad attitude, this is your plac site which gives good reviews of this clown show they call a service Department. I'm not new to the customer service game but the people working here need some training and please don't plan on anyone wearing a face mask during a pandemic. As the educated know, the mask is for others. Not wearing a mask shows you don't care and shows a lack of education. When you add that to the 2 day job to fix a door latch recall....you have Green Ford. More

It was super quick and easy!
