Almost a Month to Get Car Back I initially took my car in for steering issues and a door handle recall. I ended up having my brakes fixed as well as a couple of other minor issues. I initially took my car in for steering issues and a door handle recall. I ended up having my brakes fixed as well as a couple of other minor issues. I was told it would be a few days, which I expected. This car was my only method of transportation to work, etc. I ended up having to borrow a car from a family member. I didn't mind since it was "only going to be a few days ". A week and a half went by and I had heard nothing. I called in and was told it was still being worked on. They were waiting on parts. Another week went by and the same thing. They could not get the Ford steering pump because there were no cores to rebuild. Finally, after two and a half to almost 3 weeks they told me they were going to get an aftermarket part and it would be the same price. Everytime I wanted to know the status I had to call. No one reached out one time to help or update me. Finally, I had enough when I was almost about to get my car back and had an out of town trip to make the next day. I was unable to take the car I was borrowing out of town and needed transportation. I called in and found out they had ordered the wrong aftermarket part and it was delayed........AGAIN. I proceeded to tell my advisor this was unacceptable and I needed a courtesy/loaner vehicle. He told me they did not have anything and that basically I was out of luck because they were working on airbag recalls and there were people with brand new cars on a waiting list for a loaner. I ended up calling back and speaking to the manager who was able to get me a car for my trip. The following week my car was finally finished after 4 weeks. Not once did anyone call me on the status even when it was complete. This is unacceptable especially when I was forced to pay full price of almost $2500 for the repairs. I will never recommend or go back to this dealership. This seems to be a common problem now that I have done research and first hand heard of others with the same issues. More

Routine maintenance Have no idea who I worked with, noone introduced themselves by their name when I first showed up. Appointment time was 7:30am, doors were still locked Have no idea who I worked with, noone introduced themselves by their name when I first showed up. Appointment time was 7:30am, doors were still locked at 7:33am. No loaner vehicle offered to SVT owners. Must be a new policy, I assume, but that was a convenience I liked when I paid the price for the vehicle. Those are the cons. Everything else went 1000% better than my last visit which turned me away from the service department for a few years. Jason Justice More

Good service Because of Jason Waller, we got the best service we have ever gotten anywhere on any of our vehicles. My Explorer started feeling out of control Because of Jason Waller, we got the best service we have ever gotten anywhere on any of our vehicles. My Explorer started feeling out of control in the rear where Green Ford had just done some recall work. I thought it was due to an error made while doing the recall work. When I wrote my review of the recall visit, I mentioned that I was not sure if everything had been handled correctly since I was having an issue. Jason Waller wrote me to see what they could do to fix it. I took it back to Green Ford to have them look at it. I was given a loaner to drive & also given it long enough to drive out of town (we were leaving just two days after I took it in for our daughter’s wedding weekend). I found I did not like the Explorer they gave me to use & asked if they could get the work done in my car so I could have it back for the weekend. They ultimately found that my back tires were bald & that there was a recall on them. They were able to get us a $750 allowance toward a new set of tires, replace the worn tires with a set of top of the line tires & we just paid the difference. We were on the road for that weekend as planned! More

Car was dirty with shoe prints on the seat They had the car over 2 weeks to replace the motor.
